Nexus Business Park, Mulgrave VIC

Worked with the team from Hickory Group Australia and Melbourne Commercial Builders to assist in expanding the footprint of Melbourne’s largest business park and to help create a space on the roof of the complex, a space that would typically go unused, into a place of leisure for all.

To achieve this, we installed our ClassicScreen Wall and Soundshield (acoustic wall) solution to pre-existing steel posts to conceal the HVAC and Plant Machinery and frame a space for the soon to be installed rooftop tennis courts.
