Our client’s dilemma, how to ensure sophisticated and quiet climate control in this multimillion-dollar redevelopment of an Aged Care facility – while eliminating noise and vibrations from the plethora of new HVAC&R machinery – to ensure a peaceful existence for residents.

The solution:

• EasyMech CR platform system, with built in superior vibration isolators. We covered an area over 170m2 with our EasyMech CR solution (for concrete roofs). Our system reduces vibrations from machinery by over 70%.
• Acoustic+ ScreentoRoof system. We installed 20m of our best-in-class acoustic barrier system, which provides ultra-noise reduction by reflection and absorption. Installed on a live-edge, standing at 1400mm high above a parapet, weighing 13kgs/m2 (surface density ranging from 7kgs to 31kg.m2), and powder-coated to match the aesthetics of the redesign – our clients were thrilled with the results.
