Span+ (Rafter-mounted) Platform Installation: Shopping Centre, Brisbane QLD

This project review is a customised job on the roof of a shopping centre in Brisbane, Queensland. Our in-house Engineering and Installer team worked closely with the client to Design, Engineer and Install our Span+ and Acoustic+ to meet the need for additional structural requirements in their building.

Our Span+ (rafter-mounted) platform is a modular and strong solution over any conventional structural steel platforms available in the market. This HVAC&R deck is lightweight and can be installed 5x faster than existing solutions. On the top of that, the platform and its components are engineered to 2.5kpa load rating (further customisation available) and has a 25-year warranty.
