What is the connection between empty plastic drink bottles and the state-of-the-art acoustic material featured inside our sound-absorbing panels?
Our Acoustic+© range, including Acoustic+ Wall©, Acoustic+© UltraWall and Acoustic+© LouvreWall, uses a noise mitigation core manufactured from recycled drink bottles.
The bottles are shredded into PET pellets, which are heated and transformed into fibre. This fibre is then woven into a lightweight acoustic layer that slides inside our modular, interlocking cassettes.
Once installed, the acoustic core captures unwanted noise and converts the sound energy into heat, helping to create more comfortable and effectively managed environments.
The core is UV, mould and water resistant, making it ideal for external applications. It is also supported by a 10-year warranty for added confidence and long-term performance.
By transforming recycled plastic bottles into effective acoustic material, the Acoustic+© range delivers a solution that is good for the planet and good for noise management.
